Why we stay with accounts payable
AP sits at the junction of purchasing, warehouse, treasury, and the general ledger. Errors here are concrete: a duplicate payment, a mismatched receipt, a vendor bank change without dual control. We chose to deepen that craft rather than stretch into every corner of financial audit.
Our office is at No.49, Lane 91, Chulin Rd. in Yunho, Taipei Hsien. Much of the fieldwork still happens at client sites during close weeks, with document review between visits.
How we work with clients
Period-bound
Every engagement names the population and the dates under review. We do not sell open-ended monitoring retainers as a substitute for clear testing.
Evidence-first
Findings cite invoice numbers, receipt references, and approval trails. Management can agree or disagree with facts that are easy to pull from the file.
Respect for close calendars
We schedule sampling around Taiwan public holidays and your lock dates so AP staff are not pulled from payment runs without warning.
People
Engagements are led by practitioners with prior experience in external audit AP cycles and in-house finance for export manufacturers. Junior staff prepare workpapers; seniors sign findings before they reach your controller.
