By browsing this site or requesting an estimate, you agree to these terms. If you are requesting work on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to do so.
Services described
Pages describing accounts payable testing and related engagements are informational. A signed engagement letter defines scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines for any booked work. Website fee guidance is not a binding quote.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials we create remain the property of AppSync Solutions unless an engagement letter assigns specific workpapers or reports to the client. You may not copy site content for commercial reuse without written permission.
Client responsibilities
For booked engagements, you provide timely access to AP extracts, supporting documents, and knowledgeable staff. Delays in access may extend timelines and, where stated in the engagement letter, affect fees.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AppSync Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site. For professional work, liability is limited as set out in the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taiwan have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they apply.
