We use inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare estimates, and—if you engage us—to administer the relationship. We process this data based on your request for steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice.
Retention
Inquiry records that do not become engagements are typically retained up to twenty-four months, then deleted or anonymized. Engagement files follow retention periods stated in the engagement letter and professional record-keeping requirements.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use hosting or email providers who process data on our instructions. If an engagement requires sharing your contact details with a co-sourced specialist, we will say so first.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Taiwan. If a processor stores data outside Taiwan, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Taiwanese personal data protection requirements.
